78phpearl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 78phpearl balance instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may require up to one business day to reflect, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institutions.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within an average of five minutes during support operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts typically clear within one business day. 78phpearl does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal methods; however, your financial institution may impose its own transfer fees, for which 78phpearl accepts no responsibility.
78phpearl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing where such checks are necessary to satisfy anti-money laundering or fraud prevention obligations.
All transactions on the 78phpearl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied. Players are solely responsible for any currency exchange costs incurred through their payment provider where their nominated account is denominated in a currency other than PHP.
Player funds held in 78phpearl accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from the Operator's operational capital. This segregation is designed to protect player funds in the event of operational disruption. However, 78phpearl does not hold player funds in trust and does not guarantee against insolvency-related losses beyond applicable regulatory requirements.
78phpearl offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds credited to your 78phpearl account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them may be converted to withdrawable balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified promotional period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. All games available on the 78phpearl platform, including slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, bingo, crash games, and online sabong, are operated in accordance with published rules specific to each game category. Game outcomes on electronically generated games are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical means — real cards, real wheels — under real-time streaming conditions.

78phpearl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use the platform at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine consumer protection laws, including any liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence or fraud.
78phpearl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; attempted to circumvent platform security or game integrity measures; registered under a false identity; or where continued account operation would create regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for the Operator.
Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 78phpearl reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the withheld funds may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 78phpearl customer support. Upon closure request, 78phpearl will process any pending withdrawals of eligible balance to your nominated payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-tied balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.
