Account registration requires confirmation of eligibility and is subject to KYC age verification through government-issued Philippine identification.
If 78phpearl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from or an account has been registered by an individual under 21 years of age, it will immediately suspend the account, delete all associated personal data (subject to any legal retention obligations), and notify relevant authorities if required.
